Directions:
For the first two weeks: Take 1 capsule morning, noon and night. After two weeks, begin taking 1 capsule very 12 hours. As with any dietary supplement, please inform your healthcare professional before taking. Store at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat, humidity or direct sunlight.
First time user: 20 day supply based on 3 per day for the first 2 weeks and 2 per day for the next 7 days. Maintenance user: 36 day supply based on 2 per day.
