Suggested Use:
Recommended Use: For adults: (150 lbs or more) begin by taking 6 capsules per day with an 8 oz glass of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. After two weeks, gradually increase dosage up to six capsules three times daily. For children and adults weighing less that 150 lbs, take half the regular adult dosage.

Notice: This food should be taken with a least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.

Take one tablespoon (7g) with at least 8 oz. of water OR 6 six capsules (4g) approximately half an hour before every meal.
