Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 750mg.
L-Theanine, 5-HTP, Citrus Aurantium, Kola Nut, Caffeine, Rhodiola, Bioperine, Magnesium, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, Vitamin B3, B6 & B12, Vitamin C, DMAE, Siberian Ginseng, Schizandra, & DL-Phenylalanine.
Directions:
Take 1-2 capsules in the morning with a small snack, plenty of water or a juice (Vitamin C helps the formula along.). The child dose of ELEVERA is one capsule per day. The adult dose is 1-3 capsules per day. Do not exceed recommended dose and adults should not take more than 5 capsules per day.
We highly recommend that this formula be combined with OMEGA MATE 3-6-9 for optimal benefits and effects.
