Suggested Use:
Apply to face, neck and decollete morning and night, avoiding the eye area. Remove with warm water or a cotton pad and pat dry. Use the Refining Toner after.

To remove eye makeup, apply a few drops to moist cotton pads and gently wipe over the eye area.
