Argentum nitricum treats sadness, inability to start tasks, apprehension
Aurum metallicum treats loneliness, restlessness, and changing moods
Avena Sativa for nervousness/sleeplessness, and for brain function
Ignatia amara aids sociability; for sorrow, and painful memories
Melissa officinalis treats stress; pacifies edgy nerves; eases grief

Directions:
Adults and children over 12: Spray twice under the tongue three times per day. For severe symptoms, dosage may be taken up to six times the first day.
