Replesta is a medical food that contains 50,000 IU of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Replesta provides thedistinct nutritional requirements to manage vitamin D deficiency and help replenish your vitamin D stores.

Replesta is to be used only under medical supervision.

Ingredients:
Dextrose, vitamin D3, Tocomin® palm tocotrienols complex, magnesium stearate, natural flavors.

Directions:
Replesta should be taken with the largest meal of the day.

Adults 18 years and over
Loading Dose (if prescribed)
Take 1 wafer once weekly (every seven days) for 8 weeks. After completing the 8 weeks, continue with the maintenance dose or as directed by your health care professional. Start the maintenance dose 4 weeks after the last loading dose. wafers must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafer. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Maintenance Dose
Take 1 wafer once monthly on the same day each month. Wafers must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafer. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless instructed to do so by your health care professional.

Children 10-17 years

Contraindications:
Replesta should not be used in people with hypercalcemia, primary hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, hypervitaminosis D or Williams syndrome. Do not use if you are pregnant.
