Directions:
As a protein supplement, mix two (2) scoops of green protein with 3/4 cup (6 ? oz) of cold water. Stir/blend until dissolved. For a smoothie blend, add fruits, vegetables and yogurt. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
